That's right, the Cheesies team will be going Keto, for 1 whole month.
We wanted to understand more about the Keto diet, and what better way than saying goodbye to carbs and taking part ourselves.
The Cheesies team are very new to this, and so are excited to learn from those of you who know about Keto or happen to be Keto yourselves.
WHAT WILL BE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE FOR YOU?
"My biggest challenge for keto month will be not being able to enjoy my Friday night pizza takeaway, my Diet coke and some occasional fries. My diet was already high protein based and full of veggies, so would not be a big adjustment for the body." - Anamaria
WHAT FOODS WILL YOU MISS THE MOST?
"I'll miss bread the most as I have it with almost all meals... sandwich at lunch, naan bread with a curry or garlic bread with everything else." - Murray
So that's the team, all very much looking forward to a month of Keto.
We don't think it's going to be easy, but one thing's for sure, we know where we'll be getting our Keto snacks from 😝
