6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
20 g Gouda Cheesies
Bring a sauce pan of water to the boil. Gently lower your eggs into the boiling water. After 13 minutes, pour in cold water until eggs are cooled. Remove the eggs and gently hit the shell on a hard surface to peel.
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl with a teaspoon. Keep the egg whites on a plate.
Mash the yolks with a fork then add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything together until you have a smooth paste.
Spoon the mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Crush the Cheesies into crumbs and then sprinkle on the deviled eggs to garnish. If you want to take it to another level, place a whole Cheesies in the egg white hold before adding the yolk mixture.
