DELIVERY

We'll get that sent out to you as soon as possible. Our aim is that all orders placed before 1pm, Monday - Friday, will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries are not assured over the weekend, so any orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

We're a small team and pack and ship every bag of Cheesies ourselves so if it's a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, please give us a few days to put your order in the post for you.

We're happy to offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £10. Please see the below details for alternative services and orders outside of the UK.

BFPO Addresses

Whilst we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, these deliveries will take slightly longer than our standard delivery, depending on the station. We will deliver into the forces postal service via Royal Mail, at which point we will have limited tracking available as this is a closed service.

Country / Postcode Exclusions

Please note, due to strict regulations we are no longer able to deliver to: Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following Scottish Highlands & Island postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

RETURNS

If goods are to be returned to Cheesies, they must be returned in their original packaging. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at cheddarbox@cheesies.co.uk if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer.
