CHEESIES DELIVERY
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We’re currently only able to offer UK delivery (including Northern Ireland).
This means that we’re temporarily unable to ship orders internationally. This is something Team Cheesies are working really hard on fixing and hopefully, we can get shipping to our international pals as soon as possible.
Any international orders placed with us will be cancelled and refunded but please do get in touch with our Customer Service Team at cheddarbox@cheesies.co.uk if you have any questions.
UK DELIVERIES
Ordered before 10am Monday – Friday? Great news, your order should be dispatched on the same working day. If you missed that 10am cut off then not to worry, your order will be sent out as a matter of priority the next working day. We do give our Warehouse Team a well needed break at the weekend so any orders post 10.30am on a Friday will be shipped first thing on Monday.
You’ll be notified with a quite frankly hilarious email when your order is dispatched. Then it should take 3-5 working days for your Cheesies to reach you (obviously much speedier if you have brilliantly opted for a next day service).
Order not arrived? Please note that it might take up to 10 working days for your cheesy goodness to reach you due to current delays in the postal system, so please do be patient with us. If you find that your Cheesies haven’t arrived with you after that time, we’re so sorry and please do get in touch with us so that we can make it up to you.

DELIVERY COSTS
We're happy to offer FREE standard delivery for ALL UK ORDERS over £30+ . Please see the below details for postage services under £30. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48 hour delivery and are delivered within 3-5 working days.

BFPO Addresses
Whilst we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, these deliveries will take slightly longer than our standard delivery, depending on the station. We will deliver into the forces postal service via Royal Mail, at which point we will have limited tracking available as this is a closed service.
Country / Postcode Exclusions
Please note, due to strict regulations we are no longer able to deliver to: Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following Scottish Highlands & Island postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
